BUILT FOR EXHIBITION HALLS

Thousands of Visitors. Dozens of Stands. One Broadcast Position.

Exhibitions are different from conferences. People are moving constantly, public address systems compete with stand audio, schedules shift, aisles need to stay clear and the venue network may be carrying traffic from thousands of other devices.

We build around that environment. A stream might come from a presentation stage, a branded stand or a compact demonstration area. It can stay fixed for a scheduled programme or move between interviews, product demos and other activity when the format calls for it.

We can work directly with the organiser or exhibitor, or alongside the event’s AV contractor. Streams can be public, private or embedded into an agreed website, and the programme is retained afterwards.

trade show live streaming

Stage or exhibition floor

Keynotes and panels can stay stage-based; demonstrations, interviews and hosted segments can be built around the stand or show floor.

WHAT CAN YOU BROADCAST?

More Than a Camera Pointed at the Main Stage

An exhibition can become a scheduled online programme, one high-value live session or a mixture of stage and floor content.

Keynotes & stage sessions

Stream headline talks, panels and scheduled presentations with clear sound, presentation feeds and planned camera coverage.

Conference live streaming →

Product demonstrations

Give remote viewers a closer look at equipment, processes and demonstrations that would otherwise only be seen at the booth.

Discuss a stand broadcast →

Launches & announcements

Turn a timed exhibition launch into a live moment for customers, partners, staff or press who cannot be on the stand.

Launch event streaming →

Exhibitor & speaker interviews

Run live interviews from a stand or quieter production point, or record them separately for post-show content.

Plan the interview setup →

Hosted exhibition programmes

Build a presenter-led broadcast around interviews, demos, scheduled guests and short features from across the show.

Talk through the format →

Training & specialist sessions

Broadcast workshops, technical talks and professional sessions to delegates who cannot attend in person.

Seminar live streaming →

WHAT THE PRODUCTION CAN INCLUDE

Small Enough for the Stand. Capable Enough for the Programme.

We scale the setup around the space, noise level, programme and the amount of equipment the exhibition floor can sensibly accommodate.

Up to four camera angles

Fixed, operated and roving angles for stages, demonstrations or interviews where each camera has a clear job.

Audio built for a noisy hall

Take a clean feed from the event PA where available or use close radio microphones rather than relying on room sound.

Slides, video & demo feeds

Bring presentation sources or demonstration outputs directly into the programme where the venue or exhibitor setup permits it.

Private, public or embedded

Broadcast to an agreed platform, a restricted audience or a player embedded into your own exhibition or company website.

Recording & post-show edits

Retain the live programme and turn the strongest talks, demonstrations or interviews into separate content after the event.

Battery-capable key systems

Reduce cable runs across stands and visitor routes and avoid making every camera position dependent on the nearest socket.

LIVEU SOLO PRO + BATTERY WORKFLOW

Shared Exhibition Wi-Fi Is Not Where We Place All Our Bets

Large exhibition halls can have thousands of visitors, exhibitors and staff using connected devices at the same time. Even where venue internet is available, we prefer the outgoing broadcast to have its own connectivity plan.

Our preferred workflow uses LiveU Solo Pro to combine multiple mobile connections. A suitable venue connection can be included where it helps, rather than becoming the only route out.

Cameras and key equipment can also run from batteries, reducing cable runs and giving us more choice over positions on a crowded floor.

✓ Multiple mobile connections through LiveU Solo Pro
✓ Venue internet incorporated where useful
✓ Battery-powered cameras and key systems

EXHIBITION EVENT COVERAGE EXAMPLE

Speaker, Panel and Room Coverage for an Exhibition Programme

This event example shows the kind of speaker, panel and room coverage that can be built into an exhibition programme, with clear contributor shots, wider context and useful audience coverage.

Exhibition and panel coverage

An existing event-production example showing how several contributors, the room and audience activity can be covered rather than relying on one static stage view.

EXHIBITION-FLOOR LOGISTICS

Stand Number First. Camera Model Later.

We want the venue, hall, stand or stage number, organiser access rules, build window and the contact for any in-house AV supplier. We also need to know how much floor space is genuinely available once furniture, display units, visitors and neighbouring stands are in place.

If the event already has a PA, we can arrange an audio feed where practical. For stand interviews or demonstrations, close radio microphones often make more sense in a noisy hall.

Need us white-label or alongside an agency? We can handle the streaming and camera side while fitting into a wider exhibition production.

ONE EXHIBITION DAY, SEVERAL USEFUL OUTPUTS

The Live Stream Does Not Have to Be the Only Thing You Take Home

Because we are already filming on site, the crew can be used intelligently between live sessions to build useful material from the show.

Live programme

Stage or stand streaming

Broadcast scheduled content to remote viewers and retain the finished programme afterwards.

Event content

B-roll & highlights

Capture stands, visitors, demonstrations and the scale of the exhibition for a post-show film, social edits or next year’s promotion.

People

Interviews & vox pops

Record speakers, exhibitors, customers and visitors while the right people are already gathered in one place.

FROM STAND PLAN TO LIVE PROGRAMME

Sort the Hall Problems Before the Public Arrive

The useful questions are practical: where are we working, when can we get in, what AV already exists and how busy will that patch of floor become?

01

Send the hall, stand or stage

Share the venue, hall number, stand or stage location, event timings, access window and the programme you want to broadcast.

02

Plan the footprint

We work out cameras, microphones, presentation feeds, streaming position, cable routes and how the production fits around exhibitors and visitors.

03

Build before the aisle fills

We test pictures, sound, sources and connectivity before the live session rather than solving avoidable problems in front of visitors.

04

Broadcast, then keep the content

We manage the live programme and retain the recording, with additional filming available elsewhere on the exhibition floor.

EXHIBITION LIVE-STREAMING FAQ

Questions Worth Answering Before Build Day

Send the venue, hall, stand or stage number and programme. That is enough to start asking the right technical questions.

Can you stream from a stand as well as a main stage?

Yes. The production can be built around a stand, demonstration area, theatre or presentation stage. The available floor space, background noise and visitor movement determine the most practical camera and audio setup.

Do you rely on exhibition-centre Wi-Fi?

No. Our preferred workflow uses LiveU Solo Pro with multiple mobile connections. A suitable venue network can be included where useful, but we prefer not to make a live broadcast depend on a single shared connection.

Can you take sound from the exhibition PA system?

Usually, yes. For a stage programme we can coordinate an agreed feed from the event sound system. For stand interviews and demonstrations, close radio microphones may give cleaner results in a noisy hall.

Can you film other exhibition content when you are not live?

Yes. Depending on the crew and schedule, we can also capture B-roll, interviews, vox pops, demonstrations and other material for highlights or post-show content.

What information do you need to quote?

Send the venue, date, hall, stand or stage number, access and live timings, programme, expected camera requirements, viewing destination and any information you already have about venue AV or connectivity.

GOT AN EXHIBITION STAND, STAGE OR PROGRAMME TO BROADCAST?

Send the Venue, Hall, Stand Number and Timings

We will come back with a practical streaming and filming plan built around the actual exhibition floor.
