Built for weddings

A wedding ceremony should not feel like a television production.

The important moments happen in different parts of the room. One person enters, the other is waiting at the front, guests turn, vows are exchanged and readings may come from somewhere else entirely. One distant locked-off camera rarely gives remote guests a good view of all of it.

We build the camera plan around the ceremony. One angle can hold a safe wide shot, another can cover the couple more closely, and an additional camera can cover entrances, readings or guest reaction where the room allows it. The live cut follows what is happening without turning the ceremony into a film set.

We can coordinate directly with the couple, planner, celebrant, church or venue. Where there is a house sound system we can take an agreed feed; where there is not, we bring discreet radio microphones so vows and readings are clear online.

The stream is normally private and shared only with invited guests. The ceremony remains available for replay afterwards and a downloadable recording is provided, with additional editing available if you want a cleaner keepsake version.

Our preferred streaming workflow is deliberately self-contained. We normally use a LiveU Solo Pro with multiple mobile connections rather than making the entire broadcast depend on venue Wi-Fi. Battery-capable cameras and key equipment also help when camera positions need to fit around tables, staging and guest movement.

WEDDING LIVE STREAM EXAMPLES

See the coverage before getting into the technical detail

These are wedding live-stream examples showing how multiple angles can follow entrances, vows, readings and the ceremony without turning the room into a television set.

What a wedding live stream needs to cover

The ceremony is more than one camera angle.

We plan coverage around the ceremony layout, entrances, readings, vows and the positions available without blocking guests or the photographer.

The ceremony

Follow the entrance, vows, readings, ring exchange and signing with useful angles rather than one distant wide shot.

Discuss your wedding →

Vows & readings

Radio microphones and carefully placed cameras keep vows, readings and the key exchanges clear for people watching remotely.

Discuss your wedding →

Entrances & guest reaction

Use additional angles for the entrance and reactions where they genuinely improve the stream without putting cameras in the way.

Check availability →

Photos, music & holding screen

A simple holding screen, photograph or supplied music can be used before the ceremony starts, depending on the viewing setup and music rights.

Discuss your wedding →

Private viewing for invited guests

Stream publicly, to an invited audience, to staff or through an agreed embedded player depending on who needs to watch.

Wedding streaming options →

Replay, download & optional edit

Retain the full ceremony for replay and download. For wedding-film packages, additional filming and pricing beyond the live stream, visit our dedicated wedding site.

Wedding ceremony production

Enough coverage to see and hear the ceremony clearly without filling the venue with kit.

Cameras, microphones, connectivity and recording are sized around the ceremony, venue and number of angles that will actually help.

Up to four camera angles

Combine a safe wide shot with closer and entrance angles where they improve the ceremony for remote guests.

Professional sound

Take an agreed feed from the venue PA or use discreet radio microphones so vows, readings and the celebrant remain clear online.

Holding screen, photos & supplied media

Use a simple pre-ceremony holding screen, supplied photograph or agreed media where it suits the stream.

Private link or embedded viewing

Use a private or password-protected viewing page for invited guests, with website embedding available where appropriate.

Full recording & replay

Retain the full ceremony for replay or download, with speeches, readings or a shorter highlight edit available afterwards where useful.

Optional speeches or extra coverage

Extend coverage to speeches or other agreed parts of the day where the schedule and venue make it practical.

From running order to live programme

The useful planning starts with the venue

For weddings, the venue layout and ceremony order tell us where cameras can sit, how people enter, where readings happen and whether we need to coordinate with a celebrant, church or house sound system.

01

Send the venue and ceremony details

Send the venue, ceremony time, approximate running order and how your remote guests need to watch.

02

Plan camera positions, sound and connection

We map camera positions, entrances, microphones, connectivity and any coordination needed with the venue or house sound system.

03

Build and test before guests arrive

Camera positions, sound, presentation feeds, playback cues and the outgoing stream are checked before guests settle in.

04

Run the stream and retain the recording

We follow the running order and direct the live cut while your team runs the room, then retain the programme for replay, download or editing.

Connectivity that does not assume the ballroom Wi-Fi will behave

We prefer a wedding stream to have more than one way out of the building

Wedding venues can have excellent guest Wi-Fi and still offer a poor connection where the cameras actually need to be. We plan the outgoing connection before the ceremony rather than assuming the nearest network will carry the broadcast.

Our preferred workflow uses a LiveU Solo Pro to combine multiple mobile connections for the outgoing stream. A suitable wired or venue feed can be added where useful rather than becoming the one connection everything depends on. Battery-capable cameras also make it easier to place angles around tables and guest routes with fewer cable runs.

✓ Multiple mobile connections through LiveU Solo Pro

✓ Venue internet incorporated where useful

✓ Battery-powered cameras and key equipment

Wedding live-streaming FAQ

Questions worth settling before the ceremony day

The venue, ceremony time, layout and viewing requirements are usually enough for us to identify the important production questions quickly.

Do you rely on venue Wi-Fi?

No. Our preferred workflow uses LiveU Solo Pro with multiple mobile connections. A suitable wired or venue connection can be incorporated where useful, but we prefer not to make the broadcast depend on a single network.

Can you work with the venue, celebrant or church sound system?

Yes. We can coordinate with the venue, celebrant, church or house technician and take an agreed audio feed where one is available. We manage the cameras, streaming, monitoring and recording.

Can you use a photograph or holding screen before the ceremony?

Yes. We can use a simple holding screen, supplied photograph or other agreed media before the ceremony where the viewing setup allows it.

Can the wedding stream be private or password protected?

Yes. Private and password-protected viewing is available for invited guests. Website embedding is also possible where appropriate.

Do we receive the wedding recording afterwards?

Yes. The complete ceremony is retained for replay and download. For refined wedding films, speeches coverage, additional filming and wedding pricing, visit our dedicated wedding site at Alisby.com.

How far ahead can we book?

We take wedding live-stream bookings within three months of the ceremony date. We do not keep a long-term wedding diary, so for dates further ahead, please contact us again once the wedding is within three months.
