Setup normally begins one to three hours before the broadcast. Multi-camera events typically need around two hours.

When a standard package is not enough
Longer and more complex events are quoted properly
Conferences, multi-part programmes, longer broadcasts and productions with more extensive staging or technical requirements need a tailored quote. This prevents a simple headline price from hiding the crew time and equipment the event genuinely needs.
Optional post-event editing is also quoted according to the required length, structure, graphics and delivery formats.
