Before the event, we confirm the schedule, location, and any technical requirements. On the day, we arrive early to set up cameras, audio, and internet connections, then test everything before going live.

The stream is handled in real time, with monitoring throughout to keep things running smoothly. After the event, a recording is provided for download or replay.

Most events are streamed to a private viewing page using a professional player.

This player can also be embedded directly into your own website if you’d prefer to keep everything under your brand.

We can stream into platforms like Microsoft Teams or Zoom when interaction is needed. Public platforms such as Facebook or YouTube are possible, but they can be less consistent depending on the environment and network conditions.

Yes. The event is recorded, and a replay can be provided after the stream.

This can be shared as a downloadable file or made available for on-demand viewing.

We charge based on time, with coverage ranging from short bookings up to a full day (up to 8 hours continuous).

Each project is quoted based on the duration, location, and technical setup required.
