CORPORATE LIVE STREAMING IN GUILDFORD

The room, running order and venue AV shape the production

We have already used a two-camera live-stream setup at The Mandolay Hotel in Guildford. The room layout, venue sound, guest access and available setup window all affected the camera and audio plan.

That is why we start with the exact venue and programme rather than quoting a generic camera package first. We can work directly with the organiser or alongside the venue or in-house AV team.

Fixed, operated or roving angles.

CORPORATE EVENT COVERAGE

See how multi-camera panel coverage works

A live programme can move between a safe view of the room, individual speakers, presentation material and audience questions.

Panel discussion coverage

Speaker close-ups, wider context and presentation feeds give remote viewers a much clearer experience than one static camera.

HYBRID CORPORATE EVENTS

Remote speakers, slides and private audiences

Where the format needs it, remote contributors and presentation feeds can be included alongside the venue cameras, with the programme delivered through an agreed public, private or embedded viewing route.

HOW WE PLAN A GUILDFORD LIVE STREAM

Start with the venue and running order

Date, access, programme and audience requirements tell us how the production should be built.

USEFUL ENQUIRY DETAILS

What to send first

Venue, date, access time, running order and audience requirements are enough to start. If you know the viewing platform, remote-speaker requirements or edits needed afterwards, include those too.

We start with the running order and venue details

We use the date, Guildford venue, access time, programme, breaks, speakers or presenters and approximate audience to plan camera positions and a realistic setup window.

We agree how viewers need to watch

We confirm whether viewers will watch publicly, privately or through an embedded player, and whether remote speakers, slides or audience questions need to appear in the programme.

We check sound, internet and camera access

We can use a venue sound feed and wired internet where useful, but we do not assume they will be available. We can bring our own microphones and use LiveU mobile bonding where appropriate, subject to signal and venue conditions.

We plan what should exist after the event

We can retain the live programme for replay or download. We can also plan speaker clips, highlights, internal communications and archive versions while everyone is already on site.

WHAT WE BRING TO THE VENUE

A proper programme for the remote audience

Cameras, audio, switching, connectivity, graphics and recording are planned together around the event.

Camera coverage: up to four angles

We combine fixed, operated and roving angles where they help viewers follow speakers, reactions or action.

Sound, slides and graphics in the live programme

We use venue feeds, radio microphones, presentation material, names and branding where the programme needs them.

Connectivity: LiveU bonding plus venue internet

We use LiveU Solo Pro to combine mobile connections and add venue internet where useful. We can also run key systems from batteries to keep the setup portable.

Viewing options and recording after the event

We choose the viewing route with you and retain the live programme for replay or download, with edited versions available afterwards.

FROM BRIEF TO BROADCAST

Four clear production stages

A simple structure keeps the event and the stream moving together.

01

Take the brief

Venue, date, timings, programme and audience requirements.

02

Plan the production

Cameras, microphones, presentation feeds, connectivity and access.

03

Build and test

Enough setup time to check picture, sound and the stream path before going live.

04

Broadcast and retain it

Switch and monitor the programme, then retain the agreed recording.

GUILDFORD & SURREY CORPORATE LIVE-STREAMING FAQ

Questions that affect the production plan

The useful questions are about cameras, venue access, AV feeds, connectivity, audience access and what needs to exist after the event.

What does corporate live streaming in Surrey cost?

Price depends on the event length, camera count, crew, venue access, audio, presentation feeds and hybrid requirements. See the live-streaming pricing page for typical starting points.

How many cameras does a conference or panel need?

Two cameras are a common starting point for a panel: a safe wider angle plus tighter speaker coverage. Larger rooms, audience questions, demonstrations or several presentation areas may justify three or four angles.

What internet connection is required at the venue?

For a standard one-way broadcast we can use LiveU Solo Pro to combine mobile connections and add suitable venue internet where useful. If Zoom or Microsoft Teams forms part of the production, a secure and reliable venue connection, preferably wired Ethernet, is required.

What are the options for a private company stream?

The programme can be delivered through an agreed private viewing route for staff, delegates, clients or stakeholders. Public and embedded streams are also possible where appropriate.

How are slides and remote speakers included?

Presentation feeds, remote contributors and return audio can be built into the programme where the event format needs them, so online viewers see the same key information as the room.

How does the crew work with venue AV?

Where the venue already supplies microphones, PA, presentation feeds, screens, technicians or suitable network access, we can plan around those resources rather than duplicate equipment unnecessarily.

What recording is available after the event?

The switched live programme can be retained for replay or download. Individual talks, speaker clips, highlights and internal edits can also be planned when the footage needs to keep working after the event.

What access details are useful before event day?

Send the exact room, access time, loading or parking information, venue contact, house-AV details and running order. Those details affect setup time, camera positions, sound, cable routes and connectivity.
