How many cameras does a conference or panel need?

What internet connection is needed at the venue?
A wired venue connection is useful when available, but we do not rely on venue Wi-Fi alone. LiveU Solo Pro can combine mobile connections and venue internet where appropriate, subject to local signal conditions.
How are slides and remote speakers included?
Presentation feeds, names, branding and remote contributors can be built into the switched programme so online viewers see the same key information as the people in the room.
What are the options for a private company stream?
The event can be delivered through a private viewing page, embedded player or another agreed route. Access requirements are confirmed before the event so the viewing method suits the audience.
What happens if the venue sound system is unsuitable?
We can use an appropriate venue feed where available, but we can also bring radio microphones and other audio equipment. Sound is planned as part of the production rather than assumed on arrival.
What recording is available after the event?
The live programme can be retained for replay or download. Speaker clips, highlights, internal edits and other versions can also be planned when the footage needs to keep working after the broadcast.
How early does the crew need access?
Access time depends on the number of cameras, sound, presentation feeds, connectivity and venue logistics. We agree a realistic setup and test window before the event day.
